Email system update

Hello everyone! This article covers changes related to email and Discord account linking.

What has changed?

For a long time, providing an email during registration offered no benefits, instead Discord was used, linking to which was not very convenient and not accessible to everyone. Moreover, many people didn't know about this possibility at all.

Now the game can send emails, and email is used for:

• Account registration notifications
• Password recovery
• Newsletters
• Other important notifications

Important: The ability to link your game account to Discord has been removed.

New communication channel

We have opened an additional channel for communication with us.
Now you can ask any question at [email protected] and we will try to answer it.

Email verification

Attention: All existing accounts have unverified email addresses.

How to verify:

1. Go to your profile in the game
2. Click the email address change button
3. Enter your address
4. The verification email will arrive at the old address (the one that was specified before the change)

If your account has an incorrect address — contact support and we will help change it.

Email verification rewards

Upon account registration and first email verification you will receive:

• 500 crystals
• 50 X-crystals
• "Jokerge" avatar

Managing newsletters

We understand that some may not need to receive news emails.
You can stop receiving newsletters in two ways:

1. In game: go to your profile and uncheck the corresponding option
2. From email: click the "Unsubscribe" button at the end of the newsletter

When you unsubscribe, you will stop receiving project news, as well as future emails with surveys, giveaways and other project activities.
